Riverbend

Riverbend is a rural settlement of seven single family homes on a hillside overlooking the Ottauquechee River in Quechee, Vermont. All of the homes at Riverbend include a main living structure with an attached two car garage with loft above. Our homes are situated on a substantial building lot, some ten acres or more, most with valley views. The Riverbend Settlement is located a short distance from Quechee Village and within 15 minutes of Woodstock, and the commercial and cultural services offered in the upper Connecticut River valley. Also located close by are opportunities for golf, skiing, and a broad range of additional outdoor activities.
